Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking with Ireland VIP Tours.
Last updated: 2026. By booking a tour with Ireland VIP Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. Payment in full is required at the time of booking using PayPal. Upon confirmation, customers will receive an email which represents the start of the contract. Customers must retain this confirmation email as proof of booking. The company accepts no responsibility for incorrect customer email addresses or delivery failures.
2 Third Party Bookings
Tour fees exclude entry to visitor centres or third-party services. Customers must independently arrange and manage any additional bookings, including ticket names and retention. Customers must comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions.
3 Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in tour costs. We strongly recommend that customers take out comprehensive coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, baggage, money, and public liability. The company assumes no responsibility for injuries during outside activities or theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
4 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations requested 24 or more hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund. Email requests must arrive at least 24 hours prior (Dublin time) and must originate from the booking email address. Refunds are processed to the original PayPal account only. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
5 Tour and Trip Postponements
Postponement requests require at least 24 hours' notice (Dublin time). No refund applies in this case; the company will attempt to reschedule where possible. If no suitable date can be arranged, standard cancellation terms apply.
6 Amendments to Vehicle Type
Vehicle type changes require at least 24 hours' notice. The company will attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee approval. Upgrades require additional payment; downgrades will receive a refund arranged by email.
7 Changes by Us
We reserve the right to change our typical itineraries at any time. The company will substitute comparable alternatives when necessary. Force majeure events — including extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, and flooding — permit cancellation without compensation.
8 Travel
Customers must obey Irish, UK, and EU laws and respect local customs. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal without refund. Drivers make final decisions regarding safety; non-compliance permits removal without compensation. The company holds no liability for the behaviour of other parties.
9 Your Responsibilities While You Are With Us
Customers must disclose any medical conditions requiring medication beforehand. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required visas, passports, permits, and certificates. Customers must pay immediately for any damage or loss caused to visited facilities; unpaid claims may become the company's liability.
10 Complaints
Please inform your driver of any issues immediately during the tour. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour. The company will not investigate complaints filed after the 30-day period.
11 The Irish Weather
Weather conditions do not permit tour cancellations or amendments by customers. The company accepts no responsibility for weather-related disruptions.
12 Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all company vehicles.
13 General
These terms constitute the entire contract between the customer and Ireland VIP Tours, governed by Irish law. Only the courts of the Republic of Ireland hold jurisdiction. The company is not responsible for typographical or technical errors on the website.
